The Bronx

We're based on Southern Boulevard in Mott Haven, which means the Bronx gets our shortest response times. Most of our work is in the pre-war walk-ups and post-war apartment buildings that fill Fordham, Morrisania, Throgs Neck, and Riverdale, where kitchens are tight and appliances have to be worked on where they stand.

Older buildings bring their own patterns: 15-amp kitchen circuits that trip when a compressor tries to start, dryer vents that run twenty feet through a wall before they reach outside, and stacked laundry closets barely wider than the machine. We carry the tools and the patience for all three.

If you rent, we're used to coordinating with supers and landlords on access and billing. If you own, we'll tell you honestly when a repair costs more than the unit is worth rather than selling you a part that buys six months.
