Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon is a short drive from Southern Boulevard, and it's one of our steadiest service areas — mostly two-family houses and small apartment buildings where laundry sits in a basement and the kitchen appliances have been in place a long time.

Basement laundry brings damp, lint build-up, and drain lines that slowly close over the years. When we're called for a washer that won't drain, we check the standpipe and the trap, not only the pump.

Landlords and supers can book directly and get the diagnosis and price in writing before we touch anything.
