Brooklyn work runs from century-old brownstones in Bed-Stuy and Park Slope to new construction along the waterfront, and the appliances follow the same split: forty-year-old top-load washers in one basement, an imported integrated dishwasher in the next.

Stacked laundry closets are everywhere here, and they're the reason a lot of repairs get quoted high elsewhere. Pulling and re-stacking a unit safely in a hallway closet is routine for us, not an upcharge.

Basement laundry rooms bring damp, long vent runs, and drain lines that back up over the years. We check the vent and the drain as part of a dryer or washer call rather than treating them as a separate visit.
